These Custom Lucky Few Coffee Mugs feature up to three words of your choice, stamped into the arrows. Please flip through all the photos to see how the words are placed. When adding one word it will be placed on the bottom arrow with an option heart of a heart on the center arrow, two words will be placed either on the top and bottom arrow with a heart in the center, or on the middle and bottom arrow. Three words will be placed one word per arrow.

This purchase is a PRE-ORDER. The timeframe to receive your mug will be up to 8 weeks. I will do my best to get orders made and shipped as promptly as I can and I greatly appreciate your patience. Please understand this timeline is an estimate and isn’t a guarantee. If you are under a time constraint consider purchasing a ready-to-ship item.

I will recreate the words you write exactly how you spell them. PLEASE use capital letters where you want them, consider this order sheet 100% case sensitive and type the words exactly how you want them to appear on the mug. Orders containing words with more than seven letters will be automatically canceled. In some cases I can fit eight letter words but this has to be discussed with me BEFORE you place your order. Please email me or message me on instagram if you are hoping to include an eight letter word on your mug.

SHIPPING: If you order additional pottery in the same order as your custom mug, they will be shipped together in 8-12 weeks.

Care:

All handmade pottery will last longer if it is hand washed and not put in the microwave. However for the sake of convenience I do consider all of my dish-ware to be dishwasher and microwave safe.

Appearance:

Clay and glaze are constantly changing slightly in their make up and therefore I cannot guarantee that any two pieces are the exact same. Items may not look exactly as they do in the product photos.

(PLEASE READ)Returns:

I do not accept returns or refunds except in the case of receiving broken pottery. Shipping fragile items is always a risk and I always want to make sure you get what you paid for. Please contact me with photos of any damaged items. In order to receive a replacement I must receive photos of the broken pottery immediately upon their arrival. Any delay in contacting me will result in a forfeited right to replacement.  For the Custom Lucky Few Coffee Mugs in the case of a spelling error on MY end I will either provide a refund or a replacement. In the case of a spelling error on the order form no refund or replacement will be available.
